Ladies and Gentlemen:

This past year I had the pleasure of having my house built by Mark Nunlist. Mark possesses many skills and attributes that all culminated in a great home building experience.

Mark has excellent organizational skills. The house was planned in great detail prior to any work commencing. The extent at which the project was planned allowed for timely work with a minimum of delays. This allowed for accurate estimates of time, labor, materials and cost. Mark provided all information in writing and updated changes frequently. This nearly eliminated confusion on every aspect of the house.

Throughout the project Mark displayed a high level of professionalism in all aspects of his work. In dealing with various people throughout the project from banking to subcontractors, Mark provided a working environment that allowed others to excel. This setting resulted in high quality work from everyone. He engenders a great deal of respect from the people he works with on the job.

One of the qualities I found most important is Mark’s ability to communicate. I never felt that my point was being missed or that my position was misunderstood. He is always clear, upfront and honest.

In conclusion, I have a wonderful home that is built with quality materials and workmanship. In the process I was able to enjoy the experience and build new relationships in the community. I would recommend Mark without reservation for any future projects.
