From our first greeting to our last light fixture and every detail in between,
it was an absolute pleasure working with Mark Nunlist of Nunlist Enterprises,
Inc. He earned our complete confidence and respect.
First and foremost, we respect Mark's character and work ethic. We were
out-or-state clients who needed a reliable, trustworthy builder and we found
that in Mark. He communicated regularly with us, told us exactly what the costs
would be and completed the project on time. His paperwork was always timely,
clear and accurate. Additionally, each and every subcontractor was on-time,
professional, friendly and thorough. The mutual respect between Mark and his
subcontractors was refreshing. Mark respected their talent and they performed to
his high expectations. Lastly, Mark is smart, extremely organized and able to
manage simultaneous projects with ease. He gave the same amount of attention and
detail to our project as he did larger projects he had going at the same time.
We will retain Mark for any future project we endeavor and recommend him
wholeheartedly to anyone considering hiring a general contractor. Contrary to
many people's experiences with other builders, our home building experience was
truly enjoyable and we give full credit to Mark for that.
