I’m writing this letter to reinforce what I’ve told you in person many times. In my experience, both as your client and as a local Realtor, you are the best builder in the area. I was first impressed with your building and contracting skills as we interviewed you to build our home. Your attention to detail, timeliness, accountability and professionalism won us over as we met you and continued to impress us as you worked on and finished our home.

Since then, I have seen other houses you’ve built, met your other customers, and have referred you clients, friends and family. I have continued to be impressed with your product, with your ability to build truly custom homes, and with your ability to create lasting relationships with your customers.

I look forward to having the opportunity to work with you in the future, and to sending you as much business as I can. My family and I continue to be thrilled with our home, and the only reason we’d ever consider moving is to have you build us another great house.
