We are heavily involved in every stage of the building process, overseeing each project personally until its completion.

During the design phase we are diligently working with the client and/or the architect to produce a model which matches both the clients needs and wishes while at the same time taking into account budget constraints to come up with a cost which is agreeable.

A site evaluation is also important for fitting the home appropriately on the land with attention to the geology, soils, views, landscape, and orientation of the property.

Throughout the building phase, we pride ourselves on our ability to communicate in a timely and professional manner with clients and subcontractors, as well as suppliers, which enables us to complete a project on time and within budget.

Custom Energy Star Homes

We are proud to offer new homes that have earned the ENERGY STAR® label. ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are at least 15% more energy-efficient than homes built to the state energy code. Even in states with more rigorous energy codes, the U.S. EPA ensures that ENERGY STAR remains the symbol for energy-efficient performance. Our ENERGY STAR qualified new homes are independently verified by a third party to ensure they meet ENERGY STAR energy efficiency guidelines. These homes are better for the environment and better for you.

Nunlist Enterprises is Energy Star Certified.

That means your home will have:
