“Lakeside Living” Sun lovers will be overwhelmed by this exciting, sun-splashed home. Just off the front foyer is the entrance to a wonderful home office. The spacious great room boasts soaring windows and a vaulted ceiling with stained wooden beams. Also central to the open floor plan is an airy kitchen and dining area, offering exceptional views of Flathead Lake and the Mission Mountains. Bathed in sunlight, the many-windowed dining room includes an elegant French door that opens onto a tastefully designed metal and wooden deck extending the full length of the home.

The kitchen flaunts an artistic flare of tile, stunning granite and oak cabinetry, as well as a practical eating bar. Chilly nights become moments to cherish in front of the great room’s natural quartzite fireplace. A similar fireplace is located in the fully-functional apartment below. Slate, tile and red oak flooring with Brazilian Cherry accents throughout provide this home with a dramatic look.

The master suite, secluded in one corner of the home, invites you to rest on quiet evenings. Included in the huge private bath are a large soaking tub, a dual-sink vanity, a large tiled walk-in shower and a spacious walk-in closet. At this end of the home, too, is an additional room (inside the bedroom suite), suitable for sewing, trophy display, or even just relaxing.
Even more usable space under the stairwell might give children their own little alcove to enjoy tea parties or just play.

•  The “Lake Retreat” on Finley Point is a 2342 sq. foot home nestled in an area that gives the owners exceptional access to the outdoors and lake. The spacious living room is highlighted by a vaulted ceiling and an expansive wall of windows. A cozy fireplace becomes the focal point of family activity. Click for more

Shaker two-panel doors are located throughout the home.

Two suites flank the home’s common areas, allowing family members and guests their privacy or a quiet retreat away from the action. Each bedroom has its own bath with one suite containing a jet tub. A full hall bath with a dual-sink vanity serves the third bedroom. This home has a warm and easy feel that offers the family a great escape from the everyday toil.

The four-plus acre site is landscaped to appear undisturbed and to offer sanctuary to an abundance of birds, wildlife and native plants, while offering the owner the benefit of low maintenance.

•  The Rocky Point “Meadow Living” home is a 3,300 sq. foot home located in a wide meadow, offering a personal view of Flathead Lake’s many moods and the soaring Mission Mountains. LIGHT COMMERICAL BUILDER

•  The Senior Assisted Living “Retreat” is a building with 8400 sq. feet of living space. An enclosed entry porch allows for relaxing on cooler days. Click for more

Senior Assisted Living “Retreat” This assisted living home is well suited to serve as a haven for the elderly, offering twelve separate bedrooms and two complete apartments. It is entered through an inviting covered porch and just inside is a quaint sitting area with natural lighting from the tall arched windows. The large sitting room serves as the base for friends and family, with a propane fireplace adding warmth on chilly days and flanked by two large windows.
The dining room, adjacent to the sitting room, is comfortable for day-to-day dining. The kitchen has an efficient design that’s perfect for any meal at any time. The walls are decorated with a spectacular design of grape leaves, giving a more personal touch to the home.

Extended hallways provide entrance to the twelve bedrooms with personal bathrooms. Hand railings and motion lighting in the corridor make it safe and easy to travel between rooms. Both an elevator and wide stairway are provided as access to the second floor.

The exterior is full of charm and character, with wood porticos. This is truly a place fit to be called home.
